GE HealthCare & Imparta Recognised with Stevie® Award for Sales and Coaching Excellence
The award recognises the success of the PDX Sales Academy in building a scalable, buyer-centric approach to commercial capability and performance improvement.
GE HealthCare and Imparta have been awarded a Bronze Stevie® Award for Sales Training or Coaching Programme of the Year, recognising the success of their collaborative work to design and deliver the PDX Sales Academy.
Developed in partnership with Imparta, the PDX Sales Academy was launched in 2023 to deliver consistent sales training and coaching for managers, transactional sellers and consultative sellers. Following strong early results, the programme has expanded significantly and has now delivered more than 100 workshops to over 280 participants across North America, South America, Europe and Asia in Sales, Customer Experience and Leadership Development.
The programme has delivered exceptional results, including 91% workshop experience, 95% readiness to change, a Net Promoter Score of 67, and 60% knowledge retention, with business impact also tracked through CRM activity, tool usage, revenue and market share.
“Winning this award is a fantastic recognition of what can be achieved through a close, strategic partnership,” said Claire Cologne, Global Head of Sales at Imparta. “Together with GE HealthCare, we have helped build a modern, role-based academy that equips sellers and managers with the skills, coaching and practical support they need to drive measurable performance improvement.”
Kerry Reeder, Sales Enablement & Digital Transformation, GE HealthCare, said. “At the heart of the PDx Sales Academy is our belief that when you invest in your people, performance follows. This recognition reflects the impact of building a truly global, buyer-centric Sales Academy that aligns how we develop our people with how our customers buy. In partnership with Imparta, we’ve designed an approach tailored to the unique needs of our PDx business, grounded in our commitment to serve our people, our customers, and ultimately, patients. As the Academy continues to evolve, we’re seeing scaled capability, stronger coaching, and a cultural shift from fixed ways of working toward a more agile mindset that’s not only shaping how our commercial teams approach selling, but also increasing their openness to continuous skill development. Our purpose at GE HealthCare is to create a world where healthcare has no limits. The PDx Sales Academy brings this to life by enabling our people to show up with greater insight, influence, and trust in every customer interaction.”
A key factor in the Academy’s success has been its focus on long-term behaviour change, combining leadership sponsorship, rigorous measurement of leading and lagging indicators, and practical Deal Clinics that help sellers apply new skills to live opportunities while enabling managers to coach more effectively.
