Arcadis and Imparta have been awarded a Bronze Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award for Best Programme for Sales Training and Performance, recognising the success of their collaborative work to design and deliver the Sales Academy Advanced Programme.

Developed in partnership with Imparta, the Sales Academy Advanced Programme translates Arcadis’s strategy into repeatable behaviours, tools and coaching. The programme has delivered exceptional results across its first cohort, including revenue return attributed to applying the learning across 22 impact stories, 89% satisfaction, 95% facilitator ratings, 84% change readiness, 81% of participants reporting significant competency uplift, and 84% of tools used regularly. Following strong early results, the programme is scaling from its first 60 participants across four North American cohorts to approximately 190 further participants across 12 to 13 cohorts in North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe.

“This award reflects the strength of the partnership we have built with Arcadis and the shared commitment to making the programme genuinely relevant to their people and commercial priorities. From the initial needs analysis and contextualisation through to application and impact measurement, our joint focus has been on creating practical behaviour change that translates into value on live accounts. Seeing that impact emerge so clearly from the first cohorts, and the programme now scaling globally, is something we are incredibly proud of.”

Elisa Aitchison, Sales Performance Consultant Manager – Imparta.

“As our industry continues to evolve, we’re focused on making Arcadis simpler, more connected and even more focused on delivering value for our clients. The Sales Academy Advanced Program is helping our leaders build the skills, confidence and behaviours to create more value for clients every day and help our business grow. This recognition reflects the commitment of our teams and partners to learning, growing and continually improving how we support our clients.”

Kelli Jo Preston, Growth and Marketing Executive – Arcadis.

A key factor in the programme’s success has been its focus on long-term behaviours. The Imparta connected-loop design links learning, application, reflection and refinement across Arcadis’s processes, with manager coaching as the multiplier and AI support through i-Coach.AI. Tools and frameworks are embedded directly into account planning, pipeline reviews and pursuit governance, with increased canvas use correlating with better client experience and value.
