Netex acquires all shares in Virtual College, leading to new opportunities and synergies that will accelerate international growth. Both companies are excited that, for the first time, at this year’s Learning Technologies Conference, they come together as one.

This acquisition has given us the opportunity to expand the Group’s product portfolio – particularly around LXP and LMS technology, cloud authoring tool technology, talent management technology, ready-to-go content, bespoke training solutions and consultancy expertise. This expansion allows the business to ensure that the services and solutions they offer will continue to be learner focused, high quality and cost effective. Read more here.

Visit them on Stand E50 where over the course of the two days they will have experts available on hand from Product, Content and Learning Consultancy teams to answer any questions regarding the acquisition that you may have.
