Specialist L&D recruitment provider Blue Eskimo, has released its first quarterly Barometer to give industry professionals, job seekers and hiring managers a sense of the L&D job market as we enter Q2 2023. The barometer will be released each quarter to provide ongoing data and insights into L&D hiring activity, track trends and provide comparisons, made on a quarter-by-quarter basis

Blue Eskimo has developed the first quarterly Barometer to give a real time sense of changes and trends in the L&D job market and will continue to provide this data reflecting trends throughout the year.
The barometer follows hot on the heels of Blue Eskimo’s annual work and salary survey, now in its 11th year, which showed that wages in L&D had increased by a level greater than in any previous year.
