Blue Eskimo is a leading specialist recruitment services provider in L&D, and the only recruitment company to be accredited by the Learning & Performance Institute. The business is now enjoying its 13th year of accreditation with the LPI.

“The accreditation means a lot to us as a company, because it is recognition for the hard work we put in and rewards our focus on professionalism and quality within the L&D arena. We’re absolutely delighted to continue to demonstrate that we reach the high standards required by the Institute,” said Blue Eskimo's Director, Nick Bate. “More than that the accreditation also shows employers that they can have confidence in the quality of our service, recruitment process and ultimately in the candidates we place with them” added Bate.

The Learning & Performance Institute have a mission to “Making Learning Work” and has been empowering individuals and teams in L&D with the tools, information, and connections they need to improve workplace learning since 1995. It runs a wide-reaching accreditation programme, covering the many different types of organisations involved in L&D. The Learning & Performance Institute accreditation is recognised as the de facto standard in the learning industry and is often a requirement for training tenders from Government departments, commercial companies, and third-sector organisations.

Ed Monk, Chief Executive of the Learning & Performance Institute, said, “This accreditation provides further confirmation of Blue Eskimo’s status as a market leader in the recruitment of learning and development professionals. The Institute is delighted that Blue Eskimo remains an active part of our organisation and part of the growing list of Learning & Performance Institute-accredited organisations, which have a collective responsibility to raise standards in the learning and development community.”
