Learning & Performance Institute accreditation helps drive standards for training and e-learning recruitment

Blue Eskimo, the specialist recruitment company for training and e-learning professionals, has received accreditation from the Learning & Performance Institute for the third year running.

Blue Eskimo, the leading specialist recruitment services provider in the training sector, has gained the Learning & Performance Institute’s accreditation for the third year running – continuing the company’s commitment to the Learning & Performance Institute’s Code of Practice. 

The Learning & Performance Institute accreditation is recognised as the de facto standard in the learning industry and is often a requirement for training tenders from Government departments, commercial companies and third-sector organisations.

The accreditation provides further confirmation of Blue Eskimo’s status as a market leader in the recruitment of training, e-learning and technology professionals. The accreditation remains the first of its kind for a recruitment services provider. “We believe that accreditation is an endorsement of our professionalism and our focus on quality. The Learning & Performance Institute was founded in the 1990s (originally as the Institute for IT Training) to raise standards in training; it runs a wide-reaching accreditation programme, covering the different types of organisation involved in training, including: commercial training providers, corporate training departments, open learning centres, external service providers, learning technologies providers, e-learning providers, learning facilities providers and technical support centres.
