Blue Eskimo, the specialist recruitment company for training and e-learning professionals, has completed its annual 'training and e-learning industry salary and work survey'. The results will be published in an article in the next issue of Learning Technologies Magazine and Blue Eskimo is exhibiting at the forthcoming Learning Technologies event in London on 26-27 January where it's staff will be on hand to discuss the findings with employers.

"Following a challenging year, everyone wants to know how the training and e-learning sector will fair in 2011 and a good indicator of the level of confidence in our industry is how satisfied we feel about our jobs, salaries and career prospects," said Nick Bate, Director with Blue Eskimo.

The upcoming article in Learning Technologies magazine will highlight results and analysis of the most comprehensive study of salary and job satisfaction data available within the learning and development sector: over 500 industry professionals took part in the survey during Q4 2010.

In addition, Blue Eskimo's consultants will be available throughout the two-day event, on stand 27 in the Learning Technologies exhibition hall, to discuss the survey's findings with employers in more detail and to offer employment advice to candidates within the learning and development sector.

Nick Jones, Director with Blue Eskimo, commented "Our team possess over 40 years of combined experience within the training and e-learning sector and in addition are all experienced recruitment consultants, so we are best placed to offer expert advice on both recruitment and career advice."
