IITT accreditation raising standards for training and e-learning recruitment

Blue Eskimo, the specialist recruitment company for training and e-learning professionals, has achieved accreditation from the Institute of IT Training.

Institute of IT Training accreditation is recognised as the de facto standard in the IT training industry today and is now a requirement for the majority of training tenders in Government and in corporations. Blue Eskimo is the leading specialist recruitment services provider in the training sector and by gaining IITT accreditation Blue Eskimo is making a public commitment to the IITT's Code of Practice.

The accreditation is the first of its kind for a recruitment services provider in the history of the IITT. The IITT was founded in the 1990's to raise standards in IT training and runs a wide-reaching accreditation programme covering the different types of organisation involved in IT training, including: commercial training providers, corporate training departments, open learning centres, external service providers, learning technologies providers, e-learning providers, learning facilities providers and technical support centres.
