Blue Eskimo, the UK's leader in recruitment for the training, e-learning and learning technologies sector has just launched its annual salary and work survey.

The survey provides the benchmark for information related to salary and work trends within the training, learning and e-learning sector. It's an annual survey, now in its third year, run on behalf of the industry by Blue Eskimo, the specialist in learning and e-learning recruitment jobs.

As an incentive to take part, everyone who takes part in the survey is entered into a prize draw - with the opportunity to win an Apple iPad, worth around £430. To qualify, people must work in the learning or e-learning sector or in a learning or e-learning role.

The results of the survey are made available on Blue Eskimo's website, free of charge - and are sent to companies and professionals within the industry.

Nick Bate, director at Blue Eskimo, says that the survey is going from strength to strength. "There's no comparable survey to this one - providing such a wealth of information for this specific industry. Each year, over 500 people take part, giving us detailed information on things such as salaries, benefits packages, work/life balance, job satisfaction and much, much more."

The survey is open now, and will remain open until 12th December 2010.

Take the survey now, it takes less than five minutes.

The results of the survey will be published early in the New Year - and the lucky prize winner will receive the free iPad in time for Christmas.
