Blue Eskimo acquires assets of Abbey Recruitment
Blue Eskimo, the UK's leader in recruitment for the training, e-learning and learning technologies sector, has acquired assets and goodwill of the e-learning recruitment services business, Abbey Recruitment.
Nick Bate, Director, Blue Eskimo, said: "Abbey has provided high quality recruitment services for the UK's training and e-learning sector and Blue Eskimo will maintain the high quality level of service that Abbey provided."
Abbey Recruitment ran a database of learning and development professionals and the database formed part of the acquisition. "Alongside our existing candidate database, this will enable us to offer a wider range of people and skills to fulfil training and e-learning related positions in the UK. As is the case with Blue Eskimo, Abbey Recruitment served both corporate L&D departments and commercial e-learning providers - Blue Eskimo will continue to serve them with world-class recruitment services," added Nick Bate.
Blue Eskimo will be exhibiting at the forthcoming Learning Technologies Conference and Exhibition, in January at London Olympia. It's staff will be on hand to discuss the job market in the UK L&D sector and show potential clients and candidates how its recruitment services can help them.
