Blue Eskimo, the UK's leading training and e-learning recruitment specialist, is responding to skills demands in the learning and development market by expanding its team with the appointment of Jill James, Caroline Rochford and Jackie Mennie.

The focus of the new team, all of whom are based in Scotland, is to expand Blue Eskimo's presence in corporate and commercial services.

Blue Eskimo's Nick Bate said: "I'm naturally very pleased to be expanding our operations and delighted that Jill, Jackie and Caroline will be helping us achieve this. We have taken this step in response to the growing demand for our services throughout the UK. The appointment of the new team gives Blue Eskimo a direct presence in Scotland for the first time."

He added: "In the current challenging economic climate many companies view the recruitment of the highest calibre staff as even more critical to success and that a specialist recruitment partner, with an in-depth knowledge of the learning and development market, such as Blue Eskimo, can deliver the exact type and level of talent required."
