Blue Eskimo Solutions passes Recruitment and Employment Confederation inspection
Blue Eskimo, the leading recruitment agency to the training and e-learning sector, has been successfully inspected by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the body dedicated to improving recruitment practices in the UK.
Fola Tayo, REC's Head of Professional Standards, said: "The REC introduced spot-check inspections to ensure that REC members work to high standards. Agencies are selected on a random basis and have their working practices checked across a range of areas included within the REC's Code of Practice and industry regulations."
