Additions to the World of Learning Conference & Exhibition 2026 Seminar Programme Published
Taking place on 6 & 7 October at the NEC, Birmingham, the World of Learning Conference & Exhibition has announced exciting additions to the free seminar programme with fresh insights on AI, leadership, skills, learning strategy and employee experience.
The programme features 70+ free-to-attend seminars in the form of presentations, roundtable discussions and workshops, offering visitors the opportunity to learn from industry experts in an interactive and informal setting. The next wave of speakers and seminar sessions have been published, seeing the return of the popular Sip & Learn sessions.
Among the latest additions, HowNow will present two sessions led by CEO and Co-Founder Nelson Sivalingam on the implementation of AI in the workplace, titled One library, two workforces: making your content work for humans and AI and The AI upskilling blueprint: A skills-based approach that actually sticks. The HowNow Sip & Learn sessions will make a return on both days of the exhibition, offering a relaxed and interactive setting designed to spark conversations with L&D peers.
Thrive also joins the programme with Chief Product & Technology Officer, Frankie Woodhead & Head of Customer Impact, Ian O'Rourke, exploring how connected organisations are winning the future of work, while Scott Dudley-Jones and Daisy Crouch (Dojo) will share how Dojo is creating a seamless employee experience by bringing communications, knowledge, policies, learning and culture into a single digital front door.
The evolving role of learning platforms will also be explored by Rise Up, where CEO Arnaud Blachon and Global Event Manager Aliocha Segard will draw on insights from more than five million learners across 73 countries to examine what comes next after the LMS.
Leadership development and business performance remain central themes across the programme. Dominic Ashley-Timms, Author and CEO of Notion, will demonstrate how to deploy a scientific framework that transforms ‘accidental managers’ into leaders, while Cappfinity's Celine Floyd, Chief Leadership and Skills Officer, and Stephanie Hopper, Chief Talent Management Officer, will discuss new approaches to leadership assessment that translate insight into impact.
These are just a few of the fantastic additions to the line-up; the full seminar programme has been published on the World of Learning website and will continue to be updated.
