World of Learning Summit Conference Programme 2027 Released
The World of Learning Summit 2027 will return to Olympia, London, on 2 & 3 February. With the Conference programme, Delegate packages and early-bird rates now available, attendees can discover the key themes and sessions planned for the event and take advantage of early booking opportunities.
Event organiser Tracy Shah, Conference Chair Robin Hoyle, and learning leader Tom McDowall are pleased to announce the Conference programme for World of Learning Summit 2027. Bringing together experienced learning and development professionals, industry experts and business leaders, the two-day Conference will allow Delegates to network and explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of workplace learning.
The agenda reflects the evolving priorities of senior L&D professionals, addressing how organisations can develop workforce capability, respond to technological change, strengthen leadership and demonstrate the business value of learning. Through a combination of keynote presentations, panel discussions and collaborative roundtables, Delegates will gain fresh perspectives and actionable insights to apply within their organisations.
The Conference will feature contributions from leading voices including keynote speakers Sae Schatz Ph.D, Founder of The Knowledge Forge, exploring the future of human expertise in AI workplaces, and Professor of Neuroscience, Joseph Devlin, distinguishing evidence-based learning practices versus popular brain myths. L&D practitioners and business representatives from organisations including Nationwide Building Society, McLaren, EDF, NatWest Group, Specsavers, HowNow, AstraZeneca, and Thames Water, among others will feature in the programme this February. See the full line-up.
A central theme of the Conference is the relationship between artificial intelligence and human expertise. Sessions examining the future of human expertise in AI dominated workplaces, how to design learning for AI-enabled organisations, develop AI literacy across the workforce and help L&D teams adapt to an increasingly technology-driven environment.
A recent Delegate said, "the event featured a range of insightful seminars that encouraged me to reflect on how we approach learning and development in today’s world. It was also fantastic to meet and exchange ideas with fellow L&D professionals, make new connections, and have some truly valuable conversations."
Networking remains an integral part of the World of Learning Summit experience. A dedicated first-time Delegate networking session and the L&D Drinks Reception provide opportunities to connect with fellow professionals and industry experts. There are also roundtable sessions, which encourage peer-to-peer discussion on organisational productivity, leadership development and learning architecture. The Community Exchange roundtable at the end of day 1 will be an opportunity for Delegates to have a collaborative discussion with L&D thought leaders on the topic: "Learning as a driver of organisational productivity”.
A range of Delegate packages are available, including One-Day, Two-Day, Two-Day+ and International options, with early-bird discounts available until 4 December 2026. Visit the website to explore packages and discounts.
