TJ Editor argues to validate AI-generated content in new report
A report from Springworks has been released and dives deep into how AI is transforming HR, with a survey of global professionals and contributions from 40 industry leaders. TJ Editor Jo Cook contributed to a live panel discussion and the report.
Understanding AI in today's fast-pace world is a challenge in itself, and adding to this is looking at it from an HR perspective and how to use it in the people profession.
Springworks, who build products tools to simplify the life of an organisation's HR function in terms of recruiting, onboarding and retention, have released the report "AI in HR in 2024: Trends, Use Cases, & Expert Insights".
The report covers AI use cases and tools, challenges and how to effectively integrate AI into their specific department or core functions. It also lists the top 40 HR voices providing their thoughts and insight, which includes Training Journal Editor, Jo Cook.
Jo comments: “It was a privilege to contribute to this discussion via an online panel debate and the report, which has so many useful findings for our industry to become leaders in this area.”
TJ's Editor argues in the report that validating content generated by AI is a crucial step in ensuring safety with this new technology.
Jo also wrote an in-depth article around the topic: How is AI affecting employee learning and development?
