Leading global training and development consultancies TACK International and TMI International announce the appointment of new Global Operations Director, Samantha North. Samantha brings a wealth of expertise and direction to the company, with over 15 years of experience in the Human Performance Improvement arena.
Samantha’s track record in business development across multiple cultures, countries and industries, alongside organisational leadership expertise and a strong background in Finance provides the valuable know-how for the growth of TACK’s and TMI’s business globally.
Having joined the group from learning and development organisation Wilson Learning, where she held position of Managing Director for the EMEA region, Samantha will be responsible for staff development and improving the performance and efficiency of the global and UK operations of TACK International and the global operations of TMI International. She aims to lead the business with the core company values at heart, ensuring her team is working ‘on purpose’ and making a difference to TACK and TMI’s clients by demonstrating measurable, business impact over the long-term.
