Plymouth, UKLearning NewsSponge

Leading elearning company, Sponge UK, has announced exciting plans for Europe’s largest and most important learning sector event – Learning Technologies 2015 from January 28-29.

Sponge UK will be showcasing its innovative work in developing affordable elearning games which incorporate interactive video during the must-attend event at Olympia London.

The company will host a free seminar, Behind the scenes: Creating elearning games using interactive video, which will offer a demonstration and practical guide, from coming up with the initial ideas through to the delivery of the final product.

Sponge UK Managing Director, Louise Pasterfield, said: “We’re delighted to be contributing to Learning Technologies 2015.

“We’ve seen growing interest in game elearning and we plan to share some hands on advice on the subject as well as reveal our latest development work incorporating interactive video.

“There will be a warm welcome for everyone who visits the Sponge UK stand and we hope to meet a wide variety of people at this key industry event.”

The company’s work with United Biscuits, the UK’s largest biscuit and snack food manufacturer, will also be highlighted at the conference.

In a case study talk, delegates will hear how Sponge UK used powerful video of real life employees to create a successful elearning course on performance management.

Sponge UK will be at Stand 152 in the exhibition space where visitors and delegates will be able to see examples of their award-winning custom-made elearning.

Members of the team will be on hand to give free advice on workplace learning solutions and offer guidance on meeting learning challenges.

Visitors to the exhibition stand will have the chance to enter a free competition to win £2,000 off the cost of a bespoke elearning solution.[i]

Once again, Sponge UK will be handing out one of the most popular and unusual conference giveaways - a beautiful, sustainably-sourced natural sponge.

Learning Technologies in association with Learning and Skills has been running the conference for more than 15 years.
