Revitalising pharmaceutical compliance training

Plymouth, UKLearning NewsSponge

Pharmaceutical companies looking to break the mould of ‘boring’ online compliance training will be offered new ideas and insights at a specialist webinar by elearning provider, Sponge UK.

Using real life feedback and examples, the webinar will explore the barriers to creating effective and engaging compliance training within the pharma sector and outline ways to modernise the industry’s approach.

The free webinar will be hosted by Sponge’s specialist Solutions Advisor for the pharmaceutical sector, Jason Plunkett.

Jason said: “The pharma industry invests heavily in compliance training but sometimes the focus is on ticking boxes rather than engaging staff.

“I hope to demonstrate how it is possible to achieve both by using creative and innovative techniques, and how revitalising compliance elearning can help organisations avoid costly regulatory breaches.”

The webinar will include feedback from a research and development worker who makes a plea for more engaging and relevant compliance elearning in the pharmaceutical industry.

Delegates will also be able to see examples of Sponge UK’s award-winning compliance work and pharmaceutical elearning.

The webinar called A Pharmaceutical Focus: Revitalising Compliance Training takes place from 12.30pm to 1pm on Thursday, December 4, 2014.
