Simon Chilley, Programme Director at Reed Learning, is presenting a webinar with the Learning & Skills Group to discuss creating learning solutions with real impact.

Leading learning specialist, Simon Chilley, will reveal the key ways to create learning solutions that impact behavioural change. Targeting the UK’s learning development professionals, this one-hour webinar will cover the vital aspects of learning transfer and how to incorporate them into content and facilitation.

Hosted online by the Learning and Skills Group, an international community of 6,300 L&D professionals, the webinar is free to participants through www.learningandskillsgroup.ning.com.

Reed Learning is a sponsor of the Learning and Skills Group throughout 2013 and this webinar is one of the ways that Reed has been collaborating with the group to support learning professionals.

“Learning that makes a difference is the goal of any L&D professional,” said Simon Chilley, “but creating impact, motivating learners and sparking enthusiasm is an on-going challenge. This webinar will shed some light on how L&D can create learning transfer from the instructional design stage through to evaluation.”

The webinar takes place from 10-11am on 19 September 2013: online registration.
