Project Agency continues expanding its range of project management e-learning materials

London, UKLearning NewsProject Agency

Project Agency, the project management training and development specialist, has added modules on benefits management and ‘business case’ to its growing range of e-learning materials devoted to project management.

Costing just £20, each module complements Project Agency’s basic e-learning programme on project management – known as ‘Perfect Project’ and launched earlier this year - along with the company’s other, standalone e-learning modules.

Benefits Management explores such issues as:
• Is the project worthwhile?
• Is the idea behind the project a good idea?
• Is the good idea worth doing?
• Is the good idea linked to the overall strategy of the organisation?

According to Ron Rosenhead, Project Agency’s Chief Executive: “All these are key questions. Our new Benefits Management e-learning module enables learners to derive the answers for the projects in which they are involved – or about to be involved.

“In particular, the module gives learners some background about benefits and explains how they can identify and use these benefits to help them deliver their projects,” he added.

The Business Case module explains why a ‘business case’ is an integral part of project success; introduces a business case template, and provides tips and techniques for monitoring the business case.

All of Project Agency’s e-learning materials combine reading material, activities (with model answers), audio commentary, video, on-screen guidance and assessments. The materials are designed to encourage and reinforce learning- and introduce learners to a project management approach that is used throughout the UK and Europe.
