Royal Brunei Airlines has launched an eLearning strategy supported by learning technology and content solutions provided by Peak Pacific.

Peak Pacific has implemented a SaaS enterprise learning management system (LMS) to enable Royal Brunei to manage, track, report, analyse, and audit online learning programs across the organisation.

Royal Brunei Airlines Chief People & Performance Officer, Kurt Harding, said, “We recently unveiled a bold and aggressive strategy to raise our company’s status as a world-class player in the industry, a key element of which is by investing in the learning and development of our more than 1,650 employees.”

To get things started, the LMS platform will host a new corporate governance training module, which has been jointly developed with the Peak Pacific production team in partnership with Royal Brunei’s subject matter experts and stakeholders.

“We selected Peak Pacific; a reputable solutions provider in transformational and technology-enabled learning solutions. We believe Peak Pacific is the right fit to collaborate with as they have the experience, resources and capabilities to provide us with the requirements as well as understand how training is an integral part of our high standards for safety, quality and compliance in the airline industry,” added Harding.

Peak Pacific Founder & Group CEO, Kishor Mistry, noted, “Over the past 10 years we have worked very hard to win each client one at a time. The typical cycle to win any client is long, however it is when that effort and time is rewarded by being selected as a long term partner that one can feel honoured. We are very pleased Royal Brunei Airlines has placed its trust in our Company, solutions and expertise to support their long-term learning strategy.

“We look forward to working with the airline in creating that digital transformation journey by maximising the investment made in the learning platform, resulting in reduced costs, enhanced quality of learning content, and a better end user experience that makes a difference.”
