Peak Pacific has won the Brandon Hall Group Silver Award for Technology Excellence in the Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for Compliance Training category.

Technology-enabled Learning provider Peak Pacific has won the Brandon Hall Group Silver Award for Technology Excellence in the Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for Compliance Training category for its next-generation flight simulator training management system, eTo.

A panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon product innovation, its unique differentiators, value proposition, and measurable results.

Peak Pacific Founder & Group CEO, Kishor Mistry, said, “We are truly honoured by this recognition and we would like to thank the judges and most especially our clients for their support and invaluable role in developing eTo.”

eTo (Electronic Training Objects) is a software platform with three modules – eToManager, eToSessionRun, and eToCloud. All the elements of flight simulator training are represented as software objects in eTo, which opens up a new world of possibilities for designing, deploying, and updating simulator training programs.

“Although full flight simulator technology has advanced rapidly over the years, the method in how instructors design/create training curriculum, lesson plans and training sessions has not kept up with the technology pace, hence collecting training data in the simulator is still very much a paper-based exercise.  eTo addresses this gap and transforms that paper-based training management and grading activity into a 100% digital process,” explained Mistry.

The eTo application will soon connect directly to simulators as part of Peak Pacific’s ground-to-air ecosystem for learning and training solutions. The core of this product is to allow instructors to design and develop Initial and Recurrent training curriculum for EBT competency-based approaches and collect training data to help customers understand their strengths and weaknesses through the various sources of operational and training data.

Mistry added, “In 2019, eTo will also be integrated with our flagship product – CLEAR, which is a comprehensive, Competency / EBT based Training Management System (TMS), grading, assessment reporting and analytics tool that can be fully integrated with HRMS, LMS and crew rostering/scheduling systems.”

CLEAR was likewise a recipient of the Gold Award for Technology Excellence in the same category in 2017.

“We’re proud to honor the innovators. As human capital management continues to evolve, the creativity of the award winners is breathtaking. Organizations of all size showed that creativity and technology can create new and better work experiences for businesses and their employees,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program.
