Good e-Learning (GEL), part of the Omniplex Learning group, is delighted to announce the launch of its latest course, ITIL® Product (Version 5), helping professionals develop their expertise and progress further along the ITIL pathway.
As organisations continue to adopt product-led operating models and seek closer alignment between IT services and business outcomes, demand for professionals with product management expertise continues to grow.
ITIL® Product (Version 5) helps learners develop the practical skills required to manage products throughout their lifecycle while delivering measurable customer and organisational value.
Accredited by PeopleCert, GEL’s new course helps professionals turn digital products into joined-up value streams, connecting capability, service, and business outcomes at every stage of the lifecycle.
Built around the ITIL Product and Service Lifecycle Model, the course covers digital product management, right from discovery through to support, including navigating silos, aligning stakeholders, and using metrics and feedback to keep refining strategy and delivery as you go.
ITIL Product (Version 5) is an advanced module needed in the ITIL Managing Professional pathway. After completing ITIL Foundation (Version 5), you'll need to take ITIL Product, ITIL Service, and ITIL Experience, before progressing to ITIL Transformation to complete the pathway. Together, these modules will help you develop a broader understanding of how to manage products, services, experiences, and transformation across your organisation.
If you already hold ITIL 4 Foundation, you can generally progress straight to ITIL Product (Version 5), though a Foundation Bridge course is also available if you'd like to brush up on what's new first.
The ITIL Managing Professional pathway is also a required step towards ITIL Master, alongside ITIL Practice Manager and ITIL Strategic Leader.
