Not resting on their laurels when it comes to online security, Nimble are proud to have been awarded their Cyber Essentials Certificate by the IASME Consortium in February 2020.

As a sign of their commitment to information security and to their customers, they also achieved ISO27001 Certification in July 2017, and continue to maintain this certification yearly.

Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed, industry-supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common online threats.

The Cyber Essentials Certificate recognises the five rigorous technical controls considered necessary to prevent the most common forms of cyber-attack:

  • Secure internet connections
  • Securing all devices and software
  • Control of access to data and customer-facing services
  • Protection from viruses and malware
  • Ensuring all systems and software are well maintained and up-to-date

Therefore, it is reassuring for their customers to know Nimble have certified evidence they are continually reviewing and improving the robustness of their online security.

Peter Mason, Nimble’s Operations, Support and Training Manager says;

“As Nimble continues to grow, so does our commitment to security. This certification provides peace of mind, not only to us, but to our customers who would rather enjoy creating their own fantastic online training courses than worry about cyber-attacks.”
