‘World of Learning’ Business and Networking Lounge is going Nimble green
Nimble green will be highly visible as it’s going to be the colour scheme for the Business and Networking Lounge at World of Learning on 15-16 October at the NEC Birmingham, which is being sponsored by Nimble Elearning. It’s an ideal location to relax while meeting with the super-friendly Nimble team to discuss ways in which online learning can enhance an organisation’s training and development.
But that’s not the only way greenery will be a part of this event. Nimble customer, Forest Holidays, will be there as well. Their free seminar, led by National Health and Safety Coordinator, Andrew Willison, will describe how Nimble has helped their training provision increase its growth and effectiveness. Forest Holidays operate in 10 locations across the UK and their recent expansion meant 600 team members needed an alternative to their paper based ‘read and sign’ approach.
Andrew’s “root and branch” approach to training, with Nimble providing the groundwork, has established an environment of empowerment. The seminar will show how Andrew used data from their Learning Management System (LMS) to measure progress plus report on KPIs and health and safety audits. It’s a story of growth – appropriate for a service organisation based in forests – growth that is formed from collaboration with their middle managers to identify training needs.
Andrew’s seminar takes place in Theatre 1 at 3pm on Tuesday 15 October. It offers wonderful insights for others looking to expand their training provision, develop greater cohesion and empowerment for their workforce. As Andrew says, “We’ve changed our culture with regards to both learning and Health & Safety. Our challenges across multiple holiday sites were not unique, so we though others might be interested in our findings.”
Following on the green theme, visitors will easily spot the Nimble team in their distinctive green shirts. They will be available opposite the Business and Networking Lounge on stand D120 to prove to visitors how online learning can enhance their training provision. ”Pop by, say hello and get a demo. The friendly team could even reward you with a coffee/tea voucher to be used in the Business and Networking Lounge. There are 100 vouchers up for grabs over the course of the event,” explained Nimble Elearning’s Alex Hathway.
Even Nimble’s reusable mugs are getting in on the act as they will be given away on their stand, along with a coffee/tea voucher to attendees who have a Nimble demo during the two-day event.
World of Learning takes place on 15-16 October at the NEC in Birmingham and Nimble is on stand D120… ”visitors may find any challenges they’re experiencing in their training provision will get the green light,” added Alex.
