Nimble celebrate their 5th birthday and their customers' milestones

Nimble was officially launched in 2014 at Learning Technologies in London, so what better time to celebrate their 5th birthday than with their Nimble Community. Nimble put together a short video they shared with the attendees on the day. It highlights important milestones their customers have achieved using the Nimble platform. You can view it below or here.

Jessops Academy videography workshop

When done well, video can be a useful asset to engage your learners. Nimble's customer Jessops hold photography and videography training to the general public through their Jessops Academy. The attendees had a real treat when Michael Mann, Trainer and Videographer from Jessops Academy, ran a workshop on "Improving your videography". With lots of hints and tips to help produce great video, it proved to be a big hit with the audience and it offered lots of practical advice to take away.

Customer case studies

One of the most popular features on every Community Day agenda is their customer case studies. This year, they had L&D experts in the Retail, Leisure, Healthcare and Insurance sectors. From utilising elearning to make learning "fun", generate revenue or for heavily regulated compliance training requirements, there was something everyone could relate to.

The case study presenters sharing their stories were: Holly Chatman, L&D Executive from JoJo Maman Bébé, Zoe Roberts, Senior L&D Manager from LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Sophie McCracken, Clinical Development Manager and Alan Williams, Digital Development Manager from ECG Training, and Lenore Brown, Training & Audit Controller from Haven Claims.

Third annual Nimble Awards ceremony

Designed to recognise elearning excellence, the third annual Nimble Awards entries proved to be of an extremely high calibre. The judges, including guest judge Matt Gofton from the CIPD, really did have a tough time in choosing both the Finalists and the Winners. Their commitment to high quality training was evident throughout.
