At the Learning Technologies Autumn Forum Teresa Rose, Myles Runham and David Perring will look at the realities of corporate learning and, looking beyond the hype, what organisations need to do to be successful in the year ahead.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of corporate learning, it's crucial to separate the facts from the fads. When technology and business is moving at such tremendous pace, we need to be making the best choices for our corporate learning strategies and embracing the right innovations for the right reasons. The wrong choices can be costly and set our businesses back years.

So, when there is so much hype, what is the reality of what organisations are really doing, and what should you do to succeed in 2024?

Based on Fosway’s latest research David Perring, Fosway’s Chief Insights Officer and Myles Runham, Fosway’s Principal Analyst for Learning, are joined by Teresa Rose and  will explore the truth behind corporate learning.

"Corporate Learning Uncovered: exposing the realities, debunking the hype, and what to do to succeed in 2024" takes place at the LTAF 2023 online event on Thursday, October 26, 2023 10:00 to 11:00.

The Learning Technologies Autumn Forum takes place online on 17, 19, 24 and 26 October. The full conference programme is available from the Learning Technologies Autumn Forum website.
