Entrepleio shortlisted for South West England UK StartUp Award 2025

Entrepleio builds behavioural modelling tools to help business leaders and teams calibrate their behaviours to unlock higher performance and human potential. Founded by Mark Deacon and Mark Simpson in 2021. The business has been nominated for the Business, Consulting & Management StartUp of the Year Award in South West England.

 

The UK StartUp Awards was launched to recognise the booming start-up scene across the UK which has accelerated over the last few years with 846,000 new businesses founded in the UK in 2024.

Over 750 businesses have been shortlisted for this year’s UK StartUp Awards and the contribution of these firms - all of which were started in the last three years - is significant, having created over 4,600 new jobs since they were established and generating annual sales of £200 million.

Mark Simpson co-founder of Entrepleio said: “Building start-ups exposes you to a range of experiences and emotions. There are many ups and downs, all of which require some navigation. It's a delight to be shortlisted for the UK StartUp awards and reflect on the progress we are making.”
