Learning Nexus acquires International Health & Safety eLearning provider Safety4Business
eLearning publisher Learning Nexus has announced that they have acquired leading Health & Safety training provider, Safety4Business.
The acquisition will enable Learning Nexus to achieve its vision of being the preferred provider of eLearning and support in the UK, and also operate in international markets. All Health and Safety products will now fall under the Safety4Business brand and will become the ‘Health & Safety Division of Learning Nexus’.
Ruth Howell, who will continue in her role as MD for the Safety4Business brand said “I am delighted to be working with Learning Nexus and am looking forward to growing the portfolio of courses and customers over the next 12 months”.
The Safety4Business brand offers a wide range of certificated health & safety qualifications and currently works with several prestigious UK customers including; Mondelez International, Airbus, Aggregate Industries, and, Baxter Storey.
The company is currently working on the further development of their certified course range which includes introducing NEBOSH courses. It is anticipated that this will be released in Spring 2014.
