VOSA recently changed the way it provides training to its employees. Previously, everyone came to the VOSA training centres for face-to-face classroom courses, but this obviously meant that face-to-face courses had to be scheduled for a specific time, and if anybody could not make that date, they would need to wait until the next scheduled date. This was also proving to be costly due to time out of the workplace, travelling time and subsistence costs. Another issue was administration. To manage this manually was extremely time consuming and, with cutbacks and restructure, simply not possible. They considered what would be the most efficient way to keep an audit trail and record everyone’s Health & Safety training, and the solution from Learning Nexus ticked all of the boxes.
