Learning Nexus adds Webinars to its list of new customer services

Learning Nexus has introduced a new way of conducting product training for its two main e-learning products, namely the Learning Management System and Rapid Authoring Tool.

In the current economic climate, we are all being quite forcefully shifted to doing everything online. Not only do we bank online, shop online and socialise online, within the workplace it is becoming more and more important to learn online to save our own personal time and the organisation's money.  Online learning is fast becoming the preferred option for workplace training, such as Health and Safety, Workplace Skills or Managing Diversity courses, but training on how to use the software to access or create these courses has still required a more personal touch, where a customer could know that their needs would be addressed immediately.  Up until now, these training sessions for the Learning Management System or the Rapid Authoring Tool would have to be done as classroom based training, which goes against an e-learning company's mantra of the convenience of the online shift.

At the close of 2011, Learning Nexus reviewed its approach to product training for customers.  Even though it provides quality online solutions and services, it couldn't say completely that all services were available online, until now.  With the appointment of a National Training Manager, all the methods that were previously being adopted were turned on their head. Customers of Learning Nexus can now access training for Learning Nexus software and services as easily as logging on to their computers.  Although training is still widely available as a face-to-face option, Learning Nexus is proud to announce that for everyone's convenience, training modules for its Learning Management System and Authoring Tool are now also available as webinars, including recap and Q&A sessions.

LMS Webinars will take place monthly, and webinars for the Authoring Tool will be divided into 2 sessions, allowing customers to grasp the product from the start of the course building project up until completion as effortlessly as possible.
