Leading e-learning solutions provider Learning Nexus will be putting Return on Investment (ROI) on the agenda at the forthcoming eLearning Alliance AGM.

Leading e-learning solutions provider Learning Nexus will be putting Return on Investment (ROI) on the agenda at the forthcoming eLearning Alliance AGM in a bid to help members achieve the successful implementation of eLearning strategies at a time when many training departments are facing resourcing challenges.

The eLearning Alliance is a membership-based organisation for anyone interested in eLearning in Scotland. The Learning Nexus presentation, which will form part of the eLearning Alliance AGM on Wednesday 1st September, will be based on the first-hand experience of a Learning Nexus customer, with a specific focus on Health & Safety training.

The practical case study will provide real insight into e-learning measurement issues, and will demonstrate specific learning outcomes and significant return on investment, sharing best practice within these areas with all attending members. In particular, the session will address;

• The challenge faced by organisations to deliver training with lean budgets
• The approaches which can be taken to ensure successful implementation
• Outcomes - how to demonstrate real cost savings to your organisation

The presentation will be given by Learning Nexus Regional Manager Debra Hicks, who comments;
"This presentation is pretty timely as this session will establish how e-learning is effectively being used by thousands of learners in Scotland and across the UK to enhance learning in an ever changing and demanding environment, whilst engaging with learners and maintaining a rich learning experience. Whether you have begun or are looking towards e-learning implementation, this session will explore ways of achieving a real return on your e-learning investment."
