Nick Bate, co-founder of L&D recruitment consultancy Blue Eskimo, joins Learning News to discuss the annual Work and Salary Survey for L&D 2022/2023.

Pay is a concern for all. The increasing cost of living affects everyone. It has led to strikes in many sectors as increases in pay struggle to keep apace with increases in inflation. What's the picture here in learning and development? How well paid are people working in L&D? Are salaries rising? How do learning professionals feel about their remuneration? Are they happy with their job?

The Blue Eskimo Work and Salary Survey is in its 11th year and its insights are unique in the L&D sector. Rob Clarke puts the questions to Nick Bate.
