At Learning Technologies 2023 Learning News caught up with Nahdia Khan, Chief Impact Officer at Mind Tools, to discuss Mind Tool’s new partnership with Learning Pool, which combines Learning Pool’s technological expertise and Mind Tools’ trusted content.
The two companies are collaborating together on learning applications using generative AI. The first of these, Converse, was on show in the exhibition. Converse allows managers to learn about and practise difficult conversations with co-workers.
Nahdia explains how Mind Tools is seeking out new partnerships, even amongst its competitors, to bring together the right resources and technologies to create more value for L&D buyers in these fast-changing technological times.
Additionally, 2023 is the twentieth year of the Learning Performance Benchmark and Nahdia provides an update on how L&D is progressing with organisational learning maturity.
