Learning Pool and Mind Tools have announced an innovation partnership to work together to harness learning content, frameworks and the power of artificial intelligence. The first of these joint experiments is Converse, a way for people to practise and learn about having difficult conversations with co-workers.
Generative AI is the hot technology of the moment and it's set to change a great amount in workplace learning and we've seen some of the early developments coming on to the market in recent weeks and at Learning Technologies 2023.
One of those is Converse, a collaboration between Mind Tools and Learning Pool, which uses generative AI, proven learning frameworks and trusted content, to help managers learn how to have difficult conversations with employees.
In the past, managers might have taken an elearning course, watched some animated video and taken a test. These new AI-based products will completely change how people learn these kinds of skills. Converse is just an example of what's possible and the Learning Pool and Mind Tools team are working together to build more of these kinds of learning applications.
