Learning Performance Benchmark 2022 early findings

Learning News

Learning leaders are struggling to complete their most important objectives. In particular establishing a learning culture and moving learning into workflows are proving difficult for L&D teams. We'll take a look at the 2022 Learning Performance Benchmark.

The Learning Performance Benchmark is possibly the world's largest dataset on workplace learning maturity. It benchmarks how organisations are progressing with new learning technology and new approaches to learning.

Last year the report found how a decline in organisational learning maturity, witnessed over the previous five years, had been halted, but also reported how many were still stuck in the early stages of organisational learning maturity.

We've covered the Learning Performance Benchmark on Learning News a lot over the last two decades and ahead of the publication of this year's report in July Gent Ahmetaj, who heads up the research at Mind Tools For Business, spoke to Rob Clarke at Learning News to share the early findings.
