Recruitment is a bellwether for the economy. And after a year of unprecedented levels of hiring for some and layoffs for others, the recruitment sector is now working flat out, alongside all of the re-skilling taking place across the economy.

But much has changed in the last year. Recruitment now takes places remotely, working from home is becoming working from anywhere, and job candidates have higher expectations for the recruitment process that companies are providing.
