Jon Kennard on Debbie Carter’s time as editor at TJ

Debbie Carter is to step down as editor-in-chief at Training Journal after 24 years at the title and as editor since 2001.

When Debbie started at TJ she wrote mostly about the work of training officers, a job title we can barely remember today; for over twenty years Debbie wrote about the huge changes taking place in workplace learning.

Jon Kennard is to take over from Debbie and Learning News spoke to Jon about Debbie’s time as editor and about some of the biggest changes in L&D over the last twenty years that Debbie covered.
