The experience of learners learning online is under the spotlight following the latest Fosway report. The team has released another of its 9-Grid™ market reports this time looking at the wider digital learning market. It found that while digital learning is surging ahead more needs to be done to improve the learning experience and improve bussiness impact.
There are concerns that too many are focused on the graphical and usability experiences of the online interfaces and that workplace learning’s wider experiences are lacking a more blended approach with support from peers, coaching and feedback.
The report also raises concerns over digital learning fatigue, a new phrase that has crept into the list of challenges for the learning profession to now deal with.
