World of Learning virtual event
World of Learning Summit is taking place as a virtual event experience on 9, 10 December; event includes conference sessions, interactive workshops, seminars and chat rooms.
The World or Learning this year is taking place as a virtual learning summit on 9 and 10 December and tickets are going to be free of charge.
The event includes over 40 conference sessions, interactive workshops, seminars and chat rooms and promises two action-packed days of collaboration, networking and thought-leadership for learning and development professionals.
Highlights include an opening keynote by John Amaechi OBE, founder of APS, and sessions from Andy Lancaster, Jo Cook, Sarah Lindsell, Nigel Paine, Melanie Lepine and Robin Hoyle, to mention just a few. The full programme of conference sessions is available on the World of Learning Summit website.
A seminar programme runs alongside featuring around 20 workplace learning topics, including: Shane Traill from First Media on creating great elearning, Jane Daly on evidence-informed learning, Owen Rose from Acteon on creating learning experiences that promote behaviour change and sessions from Make Real, StoryTagger, ILM, Panopto, Thinqi, Scott Bradbury, Belbin, Raiveon and eLN.
Many of the learning sector's vendors are supporting the event including Breeio by Acteon, Emerald Works, First Media, Learning Pool, Nimble Elearning, QA, and Thrive Learning.
