At Learning Technologies 2020 Kallidus introdcued its ‘Next Decade in Learning’ survey, which asked for the views on L&D of over 1,000 learners.
Learning News was able to spend some time with Kallidus’ Harry Chapman-Walker to get some of the top level insights into the survey’ finding.
Harry Chapman-Walker explained that personalisation is still the number the one thing that individuals want from L&D and went on to talk about how investing in learning and development is part of a strong employee brand and that learning is becoming a competitive advantage for businesses.
