Business leaders from the fields of learning, HR, technology and the media were at Tower Bridge earlier this month at the brand launch of Headspring, a joint venture between The Financial Times and IE Business School.

The group were discussing how the future of work will evolve in an AI environment at work and how the priorities for leadership development and skills might need to adapt.

There were presentations from practitioners with experience of managing artificial intelligence in business and Learning News was there to capture the action.

We spoke to several of the people presenting: Headspring CEO, Gustaf Nordbäck; Financial Times Managing Editor, James Lamont; Infosys Consulting Managing Partner, Jonquil Hackenberg and People Scientist at Culture Amp, Jessica Brook.
