Louise talks about the significant evolution in the learning market and how Sponge is developing blended programmes with greater complexity using multiple media types, such as video, animation, games and elearning modules and how Sponge has created the new role of Learning Experience Director to help deliver the greater complexity that clients now demand.
Louise cites talent acquisition as one of the significant challenges and where a great amount of Sponge’s focus now lies, to recruit the diverse talent level of experience needed and how Sponge has also invested in a graduate academy, recruiting directly from the graduate talent pool, to develop skills in house.
