Learning News spoke with ‘The Learning Architect’, Liggy Webb, at the recent World of Learning event to find out about her Life Skills Library of books and online resources to help people to develop skills needed to thrive in the 21st century.

One of the latest additions to The Life Skills Library is a collection of bite-sized books on topics including resilience, how to avoid burnout, decision making, how to have great conversation and behavioural agility.

We asked Liggy about one of these, Resilience, when we caught up with her at World of Learning. Liggy explains that we all have the ability to be resilient and to develop the skills needed. Liggy talks about three areas for people to focus on: accountability, agility and mindset. Watch the interview with Liggy Webb here on Learning News and check out all of the interviews from World of Learning 2019.
