Learning News caught up with Juliette Denny, Managing Director of Growth Engineering, to find out all about her priorities for the business and what, in a hugely competitive learning technology market, makes Growth Engineering different.

In the six minute interview Juliette makes it clear that her focus is firmly on learner engagement, building products and services that address, what she sees as a failing in the market, to help L&D teams to engage learners in learning that they actually want to take part in.

Juliette talks about Growth Engineering’s focus on building learning cultures, where learning at work is helped by less focus on the technology and more focus on the design and engagement.

On learning design Juliette cites Growth Engineering’s efforts in gaming mechanics and what she calls ‘epic meaning’, building story narratives and purpose into learning design, as being at the heart of how Growth Engineering works with its clients.
