Learning News caught up with Sean Nugent at World of Learning 2018 to find out about his experiences of the event, what customers were asking about, the trends he sees in L&D and the focus for his company, LEO Learning.
Sean Nugent spoke about how L&D is under pressure to show results from its programmes and how LEO Learning is helping L&D with this by matching learning data with performance data.
Sean spoke about production values in learning content and how users expect it to match up with their experiences of technology outside of work, for example in games. And Sean spoke about LEO Learning's focus on helping L&D to join different learning systems and different learning technologies together, rather than being quick to jump into more new systems.
