Gemma Critchley is the head of technology and innovation for learning at Aviva and was involved in an expert panel session at this year’s Learning Live event in London highlighting organisations who are succeeding at digital transformation, personalisation and AI in their learning provision. 

With a background in digital marketing and social media, Gemma discussed how her approach to learning is bringing data, social learning, performance support and user experience design together and Learning News was there to find out more.
