How can workplaces encourage greater creativity and what lessons can be learnt from the world of art? Learning News asked the educator, author and artist, Amy Burvall - the keynote speaker at this year's Learning Technologies Summer Forum.
Creativity is increasingly sought by businesses grappling to succeed in today's tough times and period of change. Creativity is a way to solve problems yet many feel that 'being creative' is beyond them and orgainsations can find creativity difficult to find.
Amy Burvall, a visual thinker, educator, author and artist, helps organisations around the world to develop creativity. She recently gave the opening keynote address at this year's Learning Technologies Summer Forum and afterwards Learning News asked Amy how can we can encourage greater creativity in our workplaces.
