Artificial intelligence, chatbots, recomendations and personalising learning was at the top of the agenda at this year's World of Learning event, with multiple conference sessions and presentations on the subject.

Learning Pool, through its chatbot, Otto and its open source content builder, Adapt, is pioneering developments is this part of the learning market. Learning News caught up with Learning Pool's Mike Newton to ask him about the progress being made by customers using chatbots and AI in L&D.
