Capita maintains LPI Accredited Learning Provider status, held since 2019
Capita has renewed its LPI Accredited Learning Provider status, maintaining the accreditation it has held since 2019. The renewal recognises its continued commitment to quality and improvement, supported by independent assessment from the LPI.
Capita has achieved another year of Accredited Learning Provider status from the Learning and Performance Institute (the LPI), maintaining the accreditation it has held since 2019.
The renewed accreditation recognises Capita’s continued commitment to the quality of its learning provision and to improving the service it delivers to clients.
For organisations choosing a learning provider, accreditation offers an independent point of reference. It provides external scrutiny of a provider’s approach and supports informed decisions about who to trust with the development of their people.
Andy Bower, Managing Director of Capita Learning , said:
“Maintaining our LPI accreditation since 2019 reflects the care and commitment our team brings to its work. Our clients need learning that responds to real challenges and helps their people perform. The accreditation process gives us a valuable opportunity to examine our approach, recognise where we’re doing well and identify where we can improve.”
Maintaining accreditation over successive years demonstrates an ongoing commitment to independent scrutiny. Capita’s latest renewal extends a relationship with the LPI that began in 2019, reflecting a sustained focus on quality as client needs and the demands on workplace learning continue to change.
Ed Monk, CEO of the LPI, said:
“Clients should be able to ask their learning providers how they assess quality and keep improving. Capita’s continued accreditation demonstrates its willingness to put its provision under independent scrutiny year after year. We congratulate Andy and the team on their latest renewal and look forward to supporting their continued development.”
The LPI works with learning providers to assess their provision, identify opportunities for improvement and support their development. Accreditation forms part of this continuing process, helping providers strengthen their services and connect learning with organisational performance.
